Live read-only view of the coordination plane — who holds which lease and the recent coordination event stream, straight from coord-service's public /status. Refreshes every 30s. This is an observability surface: it does not mutate state.
Coordination authority is the D1 atomic-lock service (ADR-009). Write operations (claim / heartbeat / release / verdict / narrative events) require a bearer token and happen through pnpm harness lock-*, not here.
